How long does company registration take?

Short answerCompany registration usually takes about 7 to 15 working days, depending on name approval and how ready your documents are. Name reservation and DSCs can be done in 1–2 days; the SPICe+ incorporation itself is typically approved within a few days of filing.

Typical timeline

1–2 days for name and DSC, then a few days for SPICe+ approval — about 1–2 weeks in all.

What can delay it

Name rejections, mismatched office proof, or pending foreign-document attestation are the usual causes of delay.
