Your books, run from India.
Tax-efficient. AI-enabled.
Bookkeeping, close and reporting for businesses in the USA, UK, Australia, the Gulf and beyond. Automation does the keying; chartered accountants do the judging; your timezone sets the rhythm.
Book a scoping call →What we run for you
A complete finance back office, or the slices you need.
Bookkeeping, continuous
Transactions coded daily or weekly in your stack, with a clean audit trail from source document to ledger.
Month-end close & MIS
Reconciliations, accruals, and a management pack your board reads: margins, cash, receivables, trend.
Payables & receivables
Bills captured, approvals routed, collections chased politely and on schedule.
Payroll coordination
Inputs, registers and reconciliations prepared for your local payroll provider, every cycle.
Year-end support
Schedules, workpapers and a tidy file for your CPA, accountant or auditor, in their format, before they ask.
Tax efficiency, built in
Structure and timing reviewed through the year with your local adviser, so planning happens before March and December, not after.
What AI-enabled actually means here
A promise about speed and consistency, not a chatbot doing your accounts.
The machines do the repetitive layer. Document capture, transaction coding suggestions, reconciliation matching and anomaly flags run on automation, which is why our turnarounds are short and our error rates are boring. Every automated output lands in a review queue, never directly in your books.
Chartered accountants do the judging. Classification calls, accrual estimates, anything unusual and every closing pack is reviewed and signed off by qualified staff under the founder’s oversight. You get the speed of software with the accountability of a professional firm, and the engagement letter says so in writing.
How delivery works
Access, not email
We work inside your accounting stack with scoped user access. Documents flow through one shared tracker, never loose attachments.
Your timezone overlap
A fixed daily window in your working hours for queries and handoffs. The rest runs while you sleep.
Calendars in writing
Close dates, delivery dates and query turnarounds are stated in the engagement letter. You hold us to them.
Security discipline
Named staff only, least-privilege access, no data leaves the engagement stack, and access is reviewed quarterly.
Two ways to engage
The dedicated desk
- A named team on your accounts, full-time or near it
- Your processes, your stack, your naming conventions
- Weekly cadence call and a monthly service review
- Scales seats up and down with your season
The fractional back office
- A fixed monthly scope: books, close, MIS, payables
- One point of contact, fixed fee, fixed calendar
- Upgrades to the dedicated desk as volume grows
Asked often
Who owns the relationship with our local CPA or tax agent?
You do, and we make them faster. We prepare the schedules and workpapers in their format and answer their queries directly when you want us to. We do not replace local tax filing in your country; we make it cheaper by arriving prepared.
What does onboarding look like?
Two to four weeks, in writing: access and security setup, a process map of how your books run today, a catch-up plan if there is a backlog, and the first close run in parallel with your current arrangement before we take the wheel.
How do fees work?
Fixed and agreed in advance, scoped to entities, volume and cadence, never hourly meters. The quotation itemises one-time onboarding separately from the monthly fee, and fees are payable in advance.
Can you take over messy or behind books?
Yes, that is most engagements on day one. The backlog clean-up is scoped and priced as its own small project with an end date, so the monthly engagement starts on clean ground.
