One form, many registrations
SPICe+ (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating a Company Electronically Plus) replaced the old multi-form process with a single integrated application. Through it you obtain, in one go, your name reservation, the certificate of incorporation, director DINs, the company PAN and TAN, EPFO and ESIC registration, profession tax (in some states), and even a bank account opening.
Part A and Part B
It has two parts: Part A for name reservation, and Part B for the incorporation details — directors, shareholders, capital, registered office — filed with linked forms (the MOA/AOA in eMOA/eAOA, and the AGILE-PRO for the other registrations). You attach the directors’ documents and digital signatures. The exact linked forms evolve — confirm current requirements.
A worked example
Example: two founders file SPICe+ Part A to lock their name, then Part B with their KYC, ₹1 lakh authorised capital and office proof. On approval they receive the certificate of incorporation plus PAN, TAN and EPFO/ESIC numbers together — no separate PAN application needed.
