What is the penalty for late DIR-3 KYC?

A flat Rs 5,000. The DIN is deactivated after 30 September and reactivates only on payment with the KYC filing.

When are AOC-4 and MGT-7 due?

AOC-4 within 30 days of the AGM and MGT-7 (or MGT-7A for small companies and OPCs) within 60 days of the AGM. With a 30 September AGM, that is 30 October and 29 November respectively.
