Step-by-Step Incorporation Process

Step 1: Name Reservation

File SPICe+ Part A form along with notarized and apostilled documents of shareholders.
Timeline: 10–15 working days

Step 2: Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

Step 3: Document Preparation
